Having a good posture can completely change the way you feel. If the postural muscles weaken you will start to slump. Poor posture will almost always lead to pain and discomfort somewhere. As a physiotherapist, I feel it is my duty to emphasise posture correction to all my patients.
There are lots of different posture types. You will learn how to correct your posture with simple Pilates for posture exercises and strengthen the muscles that support a good posture.
