All of these physio led Pilates workouts have been designed to help target lower back pain. Included in these workouts are stretches for the lower back and strengthening for the lower back. These are great Pilates exercises for back pain and will help you manage any back problems. In each workout, you will focus on strengthening the core muscles that weaken with back pain. Strengthening these muscles will reduce back pain and prevent future episodes of pain.
