How to Stretch the pirifomis (hip) muscle

These three stretches are great hip stretches if you suffer hip pain or sciatica caused by piriformis syndrome. The first two stretches are good general hip stretches, the third is more specific to the piriformis muscle. Doing these once per day will improve your hip flexibility but there is no harm in doing them more than once per day.
