This is a 30 minute workout using a foam roller, you can use any size roller. It is a great workout to challenge your strength and control, with a couple of spine stretches too! Please check with your health care provider on the safety of doing spine stretches if you have any conditions that affect the spine. IMPORTANT NOTE: We don't recommend this workout to you if you are over 60
