Desk worker stretches is a perfect workout for those spending all day at desks. If you are working from home during lock down you might be working at a desk that is unsuitable for you so perhaps feeling a few aches and pains that you wouldn't normally! Take care with the stretches and allow your body to move as far as you feel comfortable. If you have any particular problem with your back please seek advice before doing the workout as it may not be suitable for certain problems around the hip, spine and pelvis.
