Take your Pilates training to the next level with these advanced Pilates exercises. Each workout will challenge you in a different way to develop core strength, tone and definition through the whole body.

Physiotherapist Lyndsay Hirst teaches you how to properly engage with the core muscles, she pushes you to challenge your control and stability whilst not losing focus on the key Pilates principles.

We would only suggest you work at an advanced level if you are familiar with the Pilates technique and confident you can control a neutral spine position. The exercises in the advance Pilates workout section are high level.
