Clinical Pilates for Runners

In my UK clinic I see lots of runners! Running enthusiasts all tend to have very similar muscle imbalances, mainly around the pelvis and hips. These imbalances can lead to pains in the back, hips, knees and feet, which is why I have developed this specialist Pilates for runners online exercise course.

These workouts have been designed with the runner in mind. Specifically targeting the muscles I so frequently see as problem areas for runners. Doing these workouts will improve your running performance and knock time off your PBs. I have developed many Pilates courses for sports, including the Pilates for golf course.
