Pilates for Injury Rehabilitation

I use clinical Pilates every day in my physiotherapy clinic for injury rehabilitation and recovery. Its benefits can be carried across to rehabilitate lots of conditions, helping people recover and manage pain. Whether you are recovering from an injury or rehabilitating post surgery, our Pilates rehabilitation exercises are designed to help you on your recovery journey.

There is a mixture of basic and intermediate workouts in the injury recovery section. We would always recommend you start at a beginner's level. Many of my patients choose to stay at a beginners level and there is no need to progress if you feel comfortable at this level.
